Refund policy

We guarantee everything we sell and will accept returns on all defective merchandise. Returns accepted on all purchases or damaged items must be shipped back to RJ & Associates within 10 days of purchase in their original packing. All claims regarding damages, missing items or discrepancies must be reported to RJ & Associates within 4 days from delivery date. A 25% restocking fee applies to all orders received beyond the 10 day return policy. Returns shipped back to RJ & Associates after 10 days must have prior written authorization from RJ & Associates. A store credit will be issued and a restocking fee will be applied. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Large quantities of individual products (10 or more) and Custom made products are not returnable
